Prima-New wass the rebuilt company of Primatech. It was founded by Alex after the original company fell apart. It has many members, special and normal. Their main purpose is to destroy The Rat Squad as well as Dylan and Garrett. Garrett and Dylan destroyed Primatech with the help of Bella, Jin, and Ando. It is unknown if Diane will build another new version of this company.

The group disbanded and was done for good after Alex was killed.
