About
Scooby-Doo was first created as a television show in 1969, and has gone through many iterations in various media since then. The franchise revolves around a group of four young mystery solvers (and their dog): leader Freddie Jones, vain Daphne Blake, smart and nerdy Velma Dinkley, slacker Shaggy Rogers, and the easily frightened Great Dane Scooby-Doo. One of Shaggy's most common catchphrases is "Zoinks!"
