A memorial to commemorate the people who died because of the explosion on November 8th, 2006 is erected in what was Kirby Plaza, New York.

Five Years Gone

Sylar, masquerading as U.S. President Nathan Petrelli, holds a memorial service at Ground Zero in order to commemorate the five year anniversary of the explosion. He reads out a speech where he sends out his condolences to the families who lost loved ones during the explosion. A plaque is also unveiled which holds a list of all the deceased individuals.

Trivia

  • The names of several crew members are engraved on the memorial.
