Ability Manipulation is the ability to detect and manipulate the abilities of others, enabling:
- Evolved human detection (detect evolved humans with or without abilities).
- Ability detection (detect abilities).
- Ability activation (activate an evolved human's natural ability).
- Ability alteration (temporarily change someone's ability).
Limits
Elix cannot determine someone's ability if it's an ability he has never heard of. Ability detection works via a signature unique to each ability and that signature can be connected to a specific ability if he is consciously aware of it, ie. sees the person use it.
Elix can't change his own ability, temporarily or otherwise.
