Subject was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and lived there until he was six years old, at which point his family moved to Chicago. Subject was, until recently, bored with everyday life, until a teacher named Mr. Cowells (see B019) changed his life. The teacher confided in the subject his special ability to know what others know. He then imagined being able to do that same thing. About a week later, he manifested this ability during a math test, allowing him to achieve a perfect score.

Silas later realized that he could actually imbibe any ability he wanted. At the time this file was written, known abilities were the abilities to mimic knowledge, be
imperceptible to the senses and mimic the atomic structure of any material, but he is suspected to have gained several new abilities since then. He is also suspected to have gained the ability of telepathy from Matt Parkman during his time at the Company facility, but the Hatian erased his memories of his time with the Company. It is unknown whether he will ever tap into his telepathy.
