Carlos' Ablity is the ability to predict the future to a degree via literature. Carlos claims his ability is highly interpretive.
Characters
Carlos Mendez is the only known character to have this ability.
Limits
This ability is a strange one. It apparently requires a good amount of books to activate, which is why Carlos surrounds himself with literature. The predictions are also not very clear.

After Angela had one of her dreams, she became curious of her her son's future. Carlos used his ability and pulled out a book about how things work, recipes for Waffles and Georgia Peach Pie, an articles on Indian scalping and Brain surgery, and two mystery novels.
