Zachary Quinto is the American film and television actor who portrays Sylar. He also portrayed Candice Willmer in an illusion in the episode Kindred, and a shapeshifted James Martin in the episode Into Asylum.


Zachary Quinto has been acting since the age of 11. After graduating from Central Catholic High School in 1995 and Carnegie Mellon University in 1999, Zachary Quinto has appeared in a number of hit prime-time television shows, including CSI, Charmed, Tim Kring's Crossing Jordan, and Six Feet Under. He had a recurring role as Adam Kaufman on 24. He last appeared as Sasan in VH1's So NoTORIous. Zachary will also be playing "Spock" in the upcoming Star Trek film. [1]

He says, "Their slogan is, 'Every villain needs a legion of evil supporters.' What's funny is they do great charity work. It's never bad to have an army."
  • On September 14, 2008, Zachary appeared on Robot Chicken with Seth Green and Breckin Meyer, where he portrayed Sylar in a spoof of Heroes.
