Trivia
- In an email, Travis Kotzebue explained why the gun seller looks so much like "Walter Sobchak" (as portrayed by John Goodman) from The Big Lebowski. "It was an intentional (though unofficial) cameo. The script called for Ted Sprague to buy supplies at an army surplus store, and instead of just drawing some random guy, I thought it'd be fun to draw Walter (or an unofficial Walter doppelgänger). I'm a big Big Lebowski fan, obviously." In an interview, he added, "The script just said, 'Ted buys supplies from an army surplus guy.' You know, I drew a generic army surplus guy, [but] I was like, 'Man, this character just looks generic.'...In this case, it just seemed fun. And, sometimes when you're working the long hours, you're just trying to amuse yourself. You know, I honestly didn't think that anybody would catch it."
