Hiro, Ando, and Matt begin their road trip in the Cube. However, on the freeway, Baby Matt deactivates it, since he is in a bad mood. After Ando manages to cheer him up with a funny face, Hiro drive the Cube all the way to Washington, DC, where they reunite Baby Matt with Matt.
- The black Nissan Cube that Hiro and Ando drive has California license plate 4H190D9.
- The white Nissan Cube that Sparrow drives has license plate MBL DVC.
- Gretchen drives a black Cube with Virginia license plates EI29438. Later, she drives a Cube to the carnival with Virginia license plates UL73691.
- Four Nissan Cubes, stylized by artist Peter Steigerwald, were given away by drawing at the 2009 San Diego Comic-Con.
