Um...are we sure he has enhanced strength? Heroe!(talk) (contribs) Random Page! 17:14, 10 May 2007 (EDT)

  • Probably not, I'm pretty sure that he's just taking a random guess.--Ice Vision 17:25, 10 May 2007 (EDT)
    • I'd certainly hesitate to say he has enhanced strength. All we really see is a big guy picking up a little guy. I'd be more inclined to suspect he was the one interfering with Hiro's space-time manipulation powers in some way (since the other two agents have obvious powers). --Ted C 17:31, 10 May 2007 (EDT)
      • That's fine with me. It's a pretty good guess he's evolved. As for his power, I would think being able to pick a guy that far off the ground with one hand would qualify as superhuman. If you want to change the power, I have no problem at all with that. — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 17:38, 10 May 2007 (EDT)
        • Just saw the bit about him breaking a wall. That actually makes enhanced strength a decent candidate. We may have moved the page too soon. --Ted C 17:40, 10 May 2007 (EDT)

Should we maybe just number these guys or identify them by something other than their powers? --Ted C 17:43, 10 May 2007 (EDT)

  • I like the number idea. Maybe the guy can manipulate his density? He looks like a tubby sumo, maybe there is a reason behind that? Of course, this is all speculation--Ice Vision 17:46, 10 May 2007 (EDT)
  • I'm not a big fan of the number idea. It's only this big guy that's giving us a problem. Let's call him "prison ambush agent" and leave it. We don't know if he has powers, and unless we find out, anything else is speculation. — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 18:03, 10 May 2007 (EDT)
    • I don't like the number idea either. I vote in favor of leaving it as-is, unless the artist/script writer coughs up his intentions. That said, I am a fan of the density manipulation theory, though. It could be that he alters his density by warping time-space, and that blocks Hiro's power. Also, I want to say again that this looks to me as if it's Sumo-Peter walking toward the girl with enhanced speed (who is stepping backwards):

Sumo-Peter??? --MiamiVolts (talk) 18:16, 10 May 2007 (EDT)

Fan Theories

Should we now move speculation about whether he has a power to fan theories or leave it here? The next comic isn't about walls, so I don't think we're going to get an answer anytime soon.--MiamiVolts (talk) 01:48, 11 May 2007 (EDT)

  • The information about his powers is relegated to the notes. If we were to say "He may have enhanced strength", then that would be speculating. But it's probably a good idea to note things he's done and Hiro's "blocking" comment in the Notes section. If it seems too speculative or like it's theorizing, feel free to change it. The theories pages would be the place to expound on the idea that he has a power, or what that power is. — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 07:13, 11 May 2007 (EDT)

So we assumed they are part of the FBI ? (since they appear in the FBI (disambig) (redirected from Agent)). -- FrenchFlo (talk)        02:10, 11 May 2007 (EDT)

  • I agree with you, Flo. It's more likely they're DHS, as they refer to "Director Parkman" and Matt is the director of DHS in 2011.--MiamiVolts (talk) 02:30, 11 May 2007 (EDT)
    • The reason all three of these guys are listed on the FBI disambig page is because agent redirects there. I added to the lead so now it says "FBI or agent can refer to:" -- I'm not sure of a better way around this snafu. There are a few FBI places that wouldn't fit with "agent" and there are a few agents that wouldn't fit with "FBI". I suppose we could make two separate disambigs, but that seems unnecessary to me. But that's just me. — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 07:13, 11 May 2007 (EDT)
