Source/Explanation
Teleporter's ability name is listed in his Heroes: Survival profile.

Just in case anyone wonders why this is a separate ability, it's different from "teleportation" because the user can transport themselves and other objects without traveling with them. It can also go through space and time. It's not space-time manipulation because the user cannot manipulate time, only travel through it (allegedly). Also, the name was explicitly listed in Teleporter's survival account.--PJDEP - Need further explanation? 00:18, 26 January 2010 (EST)

  • Yeah, that's cool. Thanks! -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 01:08, 26 January 2010 (EST)
    • Cool that we don't have to do through a naming discussion, though I must say, I cringed when I read this. This seems like a cross between regular teleporting and dimensional storage. Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 11:24, 26 January 2010 (EST)
      • I don't particularly like the name myself, if anything, I'd prefer "enhanced teleportation", not "enhanced teleporting". But, it's in the character's survival profile so unless a higher ranking source calls it something else, we're stuck with it.--PJDEP - Need further explanation? 15:17, 26 January 2010 (EST)

Image

In the iStory, when John teleports, this image is shown. Now, should we use it as the article's main image? I mean, it's also an image of temporal rewind, so this might create some confusion. On the other hand, articles without images are horrendously ugly.--Referos 15:21, 30 January 2010 (EST)

  • That's not Enhanced Teleporting though, that's temporal rewind so we can't use it at all. --mc_hammark 15:29, 30 January 2010 (EST)
    • I agree that articles without images don't look good, but I don't think we should use an image of something completely different in order to make it look better. --Leckie -- Talk 15:33, 30 January 2010 (EST)
      • It's not an image of something different, it's more like a "recycled" image. When you choose to teleport to the carnival, that image is shown so it's really an image of enhanced teleporting. The problem is that it's a recycled image.--Referos 15:43, 30 January 2010 (EST)
        • The fact they're recycled means we can't really trust them. When John was in his apartment, they mentioned several times that the gun he had was a glock, yet they showed an image of one of the company guns... plus it was from the scene in Parasite where Mohinder goes to shoot Sylar. --mc_hammark 15:46, 30 January 2010 (EST)
          • I'd rather have no image than an image that is 1) not of the teleporter, 2) is not showing teleporting, and 3) is (or was) already being used to represent another article. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 17:02, 30 January 2010 (EST)
