Once again, welcome to Heroes Wiki!

Sylar's Power

  • Please see Help:Sources for why this change keeps getting reverted. Speculation belongs in Notes or Theories sections, and all unaired information is speculation—even if it's appeared in unaired previews, even if Tim Kring said it himself. After Monday, we can update Sylar's power. Until Monday, we should not. It's already included under the speculation heading, in any case.--Hardvice (talk) 21:19, 2 December 2006 (EST)

Edits to Theories

I'm in the process of reformatting the entire page. Chances are good edits will be lost while this is going on. I apologize in advance.--Hardvice (talk) 19:21, 7 December 2006 (EST)

  • Okay, done. However, we should be careful about striking out theories that aren't explicitly debunked. There are some odd theories on there (Micah as Iron Man comes to mind), but a theory isn't debunked just because it's silly. Hiro wanting the sword because it looks cool is another example; sure, it's a silly reason, but it's not (yet) impossible. Basically, so we don't step on the toes of anyone's pet theory, we should reserve the strikethrough of doom for theories that cannot be true, and then we should always note why they can't be true in the Note column.--Hardvice (talk) 19:36, 7 December 2006 (EST)

Striking out theories

  • Once again, please don't strike out theories merely because they are implausible, silly, or contrary to a theory you like. It's only appropriate to strike them out once they are disproven. For any theories about the explosion, that will be when the explosion actually takes place. Until then, nothing is disproven: all we know is that Peter thinks he's the cause of the explosion and that he's had a dream that that's the case.--Hardvice (talk) 00:10, 25 January 2007 (EST)
    • Peter's visions are not proof that that is how the explosion occurs. These theories can't be disproven until we actually see the actual explosion in an actual episode. Please don't strike out these theories again.--Hardvice (talk) 15:50, 25 January 2007 (EST)
