Character history

I'm not stopping you. Wait. Angela is your favourite character. I am stopping you.

Nah, it's cool. You can do whatever you want. I'm going to add a few fake graphic novels to mine. --DocM 11:12, 31 October 2007 (EDT)

  • Would it be cool if I add your character's timeline to User:DocM/Timeline? --DocM 10:18, 17 November 2007 (EST)
  • I wanted to make a character, but I never got around to it..:( --Hero!(talk)(contribs) 23:46, 24 December 2007 (EST)
    • I've always enjoyed writing, so it was fun for me. Besides it gave me more reason to spend time doing Heroes things. :] -- Lulu .:talk:. 23:48, 24 December 2007 (EST)

Favorite Quote

Just wondering if your favorite quote was from FFX? --  Seclusion  talk / contribs 02:08, 20 December 2007 (EST)

  • Yeah, it is. From the same person who I share a username with. Funny thing is, I don't particularly like the game anymore, but I've had this username for years. -- Lulu .:talk:. 09:06, 20 December 2007 (EST)

Hana's Messages

  • Thanks for posting the new message! Is there a link to part 4 in the e-mail message you received? It's not on Hana's Website yet.--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:13, 24 December 2007 (EST)
    • No there is not, that I know of. Since I usually am the one to update the messages, I notice that sometimes she is a little preemptive and sends the messages and e-mails before she updates her site. However, that period seems to be longer than usual. It should be updated by tomorrow at the latest. -- Lulu .:talk:. 23:14, 24 December 2007 (EST)

Crew articles

  • I just wanted to let you know that you've done an excellent job with the crew articles recently. The character articles get a lot of attention because of the episode information that gets added, but the cast/crew articles sometimes get a little stale because it's harder to find new information for them. The work you've done creating/updating them is appreciated! :) (Admin 01:52, 5 January 2008 (EST))
    • Thanks! I'm just trying to plow through redlinks that I can do (For example, I'll be lost when all that is left is the Unaireds, because I've never seen it) and I'm starting from the top. Just doing what I can to help out. :] -- Lulu (talk) 01:55, 5 January 2008 (EST)
      • If you run out of redlinks that you can do, there are more on User:Level/Credits. -Lөvөl 02:53, 7 January 2008 (EST)
        • Oh, praise be! :] I'll keep that in mind. -- Lulu (talk) 09:02, 7 January 2008 (EST)

Gender

  • Most Lulu's I know are female and a pink signature suggests that. Is your gender set correctly?--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:10, 8 January 2008 (EST)
    • Lulu is female character from Final Fantasy X, the same place where his FQ came from. I can only presume that it originates from there. --  Seclusion  talk / contribs 23:14, 8 January 2008 (EST)
      • FWIW, babynames.com says Lulu is a feminine name from Old English meaning 'Famous Warrior'. Male names of the same meaning include Ludwig (German), Luigi (Italian) and Luis (Spanish).--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:25, 8 January 2008 (EST)
        • My gender is correct. My sig in pink because I like red (but I didn't want the link to look like it was a red link) and my Username spawns from vast uncreativity. I'm often mistaken for a female online, sometimes to the point where I don't bother to correct people. Plus, it's always fun to toy with people. :] -- Lulu (talk) 23:27, 8 January 2008 (EST)
          • Thanks for the clarification.--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:36, 8 January 2008 (EST)
            • No problem. As a tidbit: The "How can you not know his gender? She's a major contributer on the website" was once used on me in a similar situation. -- Lulu (talk) 23:40, 8 January 2008 (EST)

Heroes Evolutions characters

Give me about 5 or 10 minutes...I'm creating a template that will automatically fill in information for HE characters, and I want to make sure it works. Thanks! -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 13:21, 19 January 2008 (EST)

  • Alrighty. I was going to suggest it, but I figured it wasn't that terrible to copy paste. But, thanks! -- Lulu (talk) 13:22, 19 January 2008 (EST)
    • Okay, you should be good to go now. It's an extra click (i.e., click on the "character" button, then in the directions click on the link that says "here" for HE characters. I figure an extra click is better than too many buttons (especially for three types of characters), but we can easily change it if we need to. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 13:41, 19 January 2008 (EST)
      • Seems to work, just fine. I also like how you didn't make it buttons, I would have been too many of them. I feel the way is set up is probably the best execution of it. Good work and thanks for making my life a bit easier! -- Lulu (talk) 13:50, 19 January 2008 (EST)
        • Easier for you and me both! Quick note about the reporters' histories--they probably don't need to be so much about Drucker as they do about the character him/herself. Since we know very little about the reporters, the summaries will be pretty short I'd imagine. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 14:01, 19 January 2008 (EST)
          • Yeah, I was wondering about that. I figured the articles would be very bare if I didn't include what they say about Drucker. But, if you want me to keep it simply about info about them, I'll edit them accordingly. -- Lulu (talk) 14:02, 19 January 2008 (EST)
            • Actually, I don't care too much, I was just trying to make your life easier since I see you're doing some summaries--I didn't want you to feel you had to document every word they said. Though it's probably more proper to only include information about the reporters themselves, we tend to be a bit liberal with *short* articles and add whatever else might be pertinent. Either way, doesn't matter to me. Also, if you happen to do the summaries for Donna Dorn and Karen Chamberlin, you can probably follow the format/style for Tatsuya Atsumi. Also, here is a transcript of Sword Saint so you don't have to sift through the entire documentary. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 14:07, 19 January 2008 (EST)
              • If I can scrap together enough information about just the reporter, I'll keep it to them. If I find that too difficult, I'll just continue continue with the, basically, word-for-word "summery." And yeah, if they don't get taken care of by someone else, I'll probably tackle them, too. Thanks for the transcript either way. -- Lulu (talk) 14:10, 19 January 2008 (EST)

patrolling

  • Are you interested in being a patroller here? (Admin 16:35, 12 February 2008 (EST))
    • Of course. It would be a pleasure. -- Lulu (talk) 16:37, 12 February 2008 (EST)
      • Done. Check out the article for some tips if you've never patrolled edits before. and thanks for the help! :) (Admin 16:38, 12 February 2008 (EST))
        • And thank you. I'll give it a look over. I'm pretty sure I understand the general gist. I'll leave a message if I have any questions. :] -- Lulu (talk) 16:41, 12 February 2008 (EST)
        • Congrats and welcome to the patrollers group! :)--MiamiVolts (talk) 16:40, 12 February 2008 (EST)

                • Thanks all! Glad to be able to help out. -- Lulu (talk) 19:40, 12 February 2008 (EST)

Michael Milhoan

Awesome article. I'm assuming that for the appearances in television shows with other Heroes actors, you're making sure the people co-appeared in the same episode, and not just the same series, right? The ones I checked seem like you did, I just want to make sure. :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 23:09, 24 February 2008 (EST)

  • Yeah I did. It's quite the tedious process. I'm hoping to get into the habit of doing that by default on all cast articles I create, if not just to save me from having to do it later. -- Lulu (talk) 00:27, 25 February 2008 (EST)
    • It's quite a process, I agree. Ugh. I believe Hardvice went through and did it for all the main and supporting characters, I believe. It's some of the smaller roles that are harder to take care of. Check out some of the cast pages at memoryalpha:--they really go all out with their connections, though it's certainly not exhaustive. It's quite inspiring, actually. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 01:02, 25 February 2008 (EST)
      • Quite impressive. Certainly makes you wanna expand the practice over here. My current plan is to just continue tackling redlinks (and perhaps doing co-appearances as I create the articles) and then go back and do co-appearances for present articles that are lacking them. We've got months before Heroes returns so, might as well make the to-do list as small as possible by the time things heat up again, ya know? -- Lulu (talk) 01:16, 25 February 2008 (EST)
        • Well, you're doing a fantastic job so far! :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 01:32, 25 February 2008 (EST)
          • Thanks! -- Lulu (talk) 10:35, 25 February 2008 (EST)

experts vs. exprets

  • Was this actually misspelled in the text message?--MiamiVolts (talk) 20:04, 13 March 2008 (EDT)
    • Yes, it was misspelled in the text. -- Lulu (talk) 20:38, 13 March 2008 (EDT)

Patrolling guidelines

Hey, Lulu. As we approach the start of a new season and what promises to be a very busy time on the wiki, I suggested some tips for patrolling here. Check them out when you get a chance. Thanks! -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 20:58, 19 September 2008 (EDT)

  • Alright, thanks! -- Lulu (talk) 08:34, 20 September 2008 (EDT)

Final Fantasy

So I'm guessing you like FFX then? Cool, me too! Super-Hiro 19:48, 1 November 2008 (EDT)

  • I used to. I don't have much time for games anymore, however. -- Lulu (talk) 08:54, 2 November 2008 (EST)
