Howard Lemay phones Atlanta after bringing his family and Dylan to a quarantine in Youngstown. Suddenly, Dylan exhibits symptoms of the Shanti virus inside the quarantine, forcing the center to shut down and trapping Howard Lemay's son and wife inside.
