** The term "car crash" needs an article, either "a" or "the". I don't know how else it's used in a sentence: "[[D.L.]] comes across a [[woman in car crash]]" doesn't make sense. "[[D.L.]] comes across a [[woman in a car crash]]" does. She's actually credited as "Woman in Car Crash", but we wouldn't use the capitalization given by NBC. How she's credited gives us a good basis for the name of the article, but it doesn't need to dictate an exact name in every case. "Woman in a car crash" works in a sentence though it is slightly awkward as a title and could use another article "a" or "the" at the beginning. It doesn't really matter to me, I was just wondering.
