His ability is Intuitve Aptitude, but like Sylar he went on a killing spree and stole many powers.  He still has telekinesis for sure, but he stated he wasn't sure if he still had any of the others. I have just watched Exposed and it shows sylar's father slice open Sylar's mother's head exactly as Sylar does. So his power may be to slice heads open and that is where Sylar aquired that power. There's no real proof that Samson has TK. He hasn't moved anything (without touching it) like Brian Davis or Sylar has. And the fact that he ripped open his wife's head isn't proof that his '''main''' ability is TK. == Samson's power ==

It might seem unusual to some to think of Samson and Sylar having the same power, but Arthur had an even stronger power than Peter so there was a bit of father son legacy going on there, and Sylar is often or was often viewed as Peter's evil equal so it would be an interesting contrast if his father had the same or a stronger power that was similar to Sylar's. Also there's been a big build up to Sylar's father. The scene showing Sylar's father telekinetically slicing Sylar's mother's head open I think was a big hint/revelation on the writers part since Sylar's famous for taking powers that way. Kinda gives a big hint I think.

Let's return to the episode [[Don't Look Back]], where we discover Sylar is a serial killer with weird methods like freezing and head slicing. Audrey Hanson discusses this stuff with agent Thayer, but the latter doesn't believe such a monstrous murderer can even exist. It's 2006.<br />
Now. In 1980 we saw Samson slicing his wife's head the same way Sylar does it. And back into present, he tells his son he acquired numerous powers - which means numerous victims with open heads and brains removed. **Given that in the 70s and 80s, police were not as strict to stick to the rules and would have probably opened fire on a serial killer, Samson, understanding this, would have covered his tracks pretty well since he could have been killed, not having claire's power. Also, I'm pretty sure Angela knew all about Samson, and it was the company's job to cover up events involving evolved humans. Most probably, the FBI database was messed with by the company.
